How it works

Our process, start to handover

1

Planning visit

We walk the yard, check grading, deck access and electrical routing, and note the layout options for the pool and spa together.

2

Written plan & estimate

You receive a summary of the layout and a starting-range estimate before any work is scheduled.

3

Coordinated install

Plumbing, electrical tie-in and the shared equipment pad are built around the agreed layout.

4

Handover & walkthrough

We review the controls for both systems together and leave you with the documentation for the install.

Quick answers

A few things people ask before the planning visit

Do you install a spa on its own?

Yes — the planning visit and install package both apply whether the spa sits beside a new pool or an existing one.

How long does a planning visit take?

Typically 60–90 minutes on site, covering grading, access and electrical routing for both systems.

Do permits apply?

Most installations need a municipal permit and an electrical inspection; we factor the application and inspection timing into the schedule.

When do I get a firm price?

After the planning visit, once the layout and equipment pad position are confirmed.

What goes into the install

Equipment and materials

Plumbing & electrical

Dedicated runs between the pool and spa, sized for the combined load.

Shared equipment pad

One pad built to hold both systems' pumps, filters and controls.

Decking surround

On the premium build, a shared surround frames both structures as one space.

What this service does not cover

Scope limits, stated plainly

We plan and coordinate pool and spa installation and the tie-in between the two systems. We do not sell pool or spa units directly, provide routine chemical dosing visits, or carry out structural repairs on existing concrete shells — those fall outside the scope of this offer and we will say so at the planning visit rather than quote for work we would not be the right contact for.
