5. Bookings, orders and payments

Prices shown are starting-range estimates in Canadian dollars; the confirmed figure follows the planning visit. See Returns & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy below, and our Service & Installation Terms for the fuller service-specific conditions.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, text and the Lakeside Pavilion Pools name and logo belong to Lakeside Pavilion Pools Ltd. and may not be reused without permission.

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false information through the contact form.

9. Returns & Refund Policy

Scope. This policy covers payments made for planning visits and install packages booked through us.

Eligibility. A full refund applies if you cancel before the scheduled planning visit or before work begins. Once the planning visit has taken place, the visit fee is non-refundable but credited toward a confirmed install package.

How to request. Email [email protected] or call +1 204-589-4731 with your booking details.

Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable cases. Work already completed, and materials already ordered for a confirmed install, are not refundable.

10. Cancellation Policy

How to cancel. Contact us by email or phone during Monday – Friday, 07:30–16:30.

Cancellation windows. Cancelling more than 3 business days before a scheduled visit or install date carries no charge; later cancellations may forfeit a scheduling deposit, consistent with the refund section above.

Rescheduling. We offer rescheduling as the default alternative to a late cancellation wherever possible.

Cancellations by us. If weather, permit delays or capacity require us to cancel or postpone, we offer a full refund or rebooking at no extra cost.
