Cancellation & Refund Policy

This page is the full, standalone version of the cancellation and refund terms summarised in our Terms & Conditions. It applies to planning visits and install packages booked through Lakeside Pavilion Pools Ltd..

Scope

This policy covers payments made for planning visits, standard install packages and premium build packages.

Cancelling before a scheduled visit

Cancelling more than 3 business days before a scheduled planning visit or install date is fully refundable. Cancelling within 3 business days may forfeit a scheduling deposit.

Cancelling after the planning visit

The planning visit fee becomes non-refundable once the visit has taken place, but is credited toward a confirmed install package booked within 90 days.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is offered as the default alternative to a late cancellation, subject to availability.

Cancellations by us

If weather, permit delays or capacity require us to cancel or postpone a scheduled visit or install date, we offer a full refund or a rebooked date at no extra cost.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable items

Work already completed and materials already ordered for a confirmed install are not refundable.
