Service & Installation Terms

These Service & Installation Terms sit alongside our general Terms & Conditions and apply specifically to planning visits and pool-spa install packages booked with Lakeside Pavilion Pools Ltd..

1. Scope of engagement

We provide planning, coordination and documentation for pool and spa installation and tie-in work, as described for each package on our Services page. We do not sell pool or spa units directly, and do not perform structural repair of an existing shell.

2. Booking & deposit

A planning visit is booked by confirming a date; standard and premium install packages require a scheduling deposit, confirmed in writing before work begins. The deposit is credited against the final invoice.

3. Estimates & final quotes

Prices listed on the Services page are starting-range estimates. The figure confirmed after the planning visit reflects your yard's grading, access and electrical capacity, and any change to the agreed scope is documented before work proceeds.

4. Permits & inspections

Most installations require a municipal building permit and an electrical inspection. We factor permit application and inspection scheduling into the project timeline but cannot promise a fixed approval date, as this depends on the municipal authority.

5. Access & site conditions

You agree to provide reasonable vehicle and yard access on scheduled work days, and to disclose known buried utilities, structures or site hazards before the planning visit.

6. Trade coordination

Where shell, plumbing or electrical trades are coordinated on your behalf, their work is subject to their own licensing and warranty terms; Lakeside Pavilion Pools Ltd. coordinates scheduling and the tie-in between systems.

7. Handover

Each project concludes with a joint walkthrough of the pool and spa controls and documentation covering both systems.

9. Governing law

These Service & Installation Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Manitoba.
