About these prices
Prices shown are a starting-range estimate for the scope described. The figure that applies to your yard depends on the grading, existing equipment and distance between pool and spa — all of which are reviewed at the planning visit before any work is confirmed.
How the work goes
From first contact to handover
First contact
You describe the yard and what you are hoping to add — a new pool, a spa, or both together.
Planning visit
We measure the space, check access and electrical routing, and discuss layout options on site.
Scheduling
Once the plan is agreed, we book a install window and arrange any permit or inspection steps.
Execution
Plumbing, electrical tie-in and the equipment pad are built to the agreed layout.
Handover
We walk you through the combined controls and leave documentation for both systems.
Coverage area
Where we work
We plan and coordinate installations for homes along the Pembina Highway corridor and the surrounding Winnipeg area. If your address is close to the edge of this range, mention it when you reach out and we will confirm before booking a visit.
Lot shapes and access vary a good deal along this stretch of Winnipeg, from narrow infill properties to wider established lots set back from the road, so the planning visit always starts with a walk of the actual yard rather than a desktop estimate from a lot plan alone.
That first-hand look also catches details a satellite photo misses, like an overhead power line or a mature tree root that could affect where the equipment pad can sit.
We also note the shortest practical path for hoses and cable runs during the visit, since that affects how quickly a crew can get set up on the first day of work.
Scheduling and access
What to plan for
Install windows are generally booked two to four weeks out, longer where a municipal permit or electrical inspection is needed first. Clear vehicle access to the yard and a confirmed utility locate speed up the start date.
Weather plays a part in scheduling, too — excavation and shell work pause during heavy rain or an early frost, and we will tell you as soon as a date needs to move rather than keep a crew on site in poor conditions.
Who this is for
Fits most, not every project
New pool owners
Planning a pool and want the spa tied in from the start rather than added later.
Existing pool owners
Adding a spa alongside a pool that is already in place and working.
Backyard renovations
Rebuilding the deck and surround as part of the same project.
This service does not cover structural repair of an existing shell or standalone spa sales — ask and we will point you to the right step.
